Luca Colaneri
Born in Rome on september 9th 1983.
Theoretical Physicist. Smoker and drinker. He owns a '69 Fiat 500 and he has a friend named Emma.
He has never been to south America, but he will, one day.


He started photography in 2006, learned all by himself using a Nikon EM. After three years on february 2009 he got an opportunity to attend a training course in photography offered by the association “LaboratoriVisivi” (www.laboratorivisivi.it). 
From October 2009 until  February 2010 he attended the advanced course on photoreportage held by Stefano Snaidero and concluded with a workshop about photoediting held by Isabelle Grattard, image editor of the french newspaper “Liberation”. 
On August 2010 has been selected to attended the workshop "Photojournalism and Print Media" held by Andrei Polikanov at the International Summer School of Photography.
On October 2010 he attended the workshop "The long term project" held by Vanessa Winship and George Georgiou
From march to may 2012 he attended a course on dark room and developing technics held by Antonio de Cecco
Represented author at PartoutGallery since 01/2013 (www.partoutgallery.com)
From October 2015 to May 2015 he attended the master course in visual storytelling held by Massimo Mastrorillo at Luz Academy
